- Joe Renzelman is Co-Owner of Home Care Inspections LLC. I have been a certified home inspector for over three years. I am also an active member of the Wisconsin Association of Home Inspectors, Fox Valley Chapter, as well as a member of the Wisconsin Better Business Bureau. I have 15+ years of various construction and remodeling experience. I was the Chemical Operator for a company for over 10 years. I then worked at the Kohler Company as a tub enameller for many years before becoming a Home Inspector. At the same time we were remodeling older homes and are now building our own new home. Of the various jobs I have been involved with, my years in construction have been the most rewarding. Being in the construction trade is what interested me in becoming a Home Inspector. That is how Home Care Inspections LLC came about.
